How do you beat this? I golded every single race in B-Spec that I can at level 24 except this, I mean it seems impossible.

Every setup I search never works and I can never win with a level 24 driver.

Guess I'll start listing places until I get an answer:

Race 1- 11th place.
Race 2- 9th place.
Race 3- 12th place
Race 4- 9th place.
Racw 5- 1st place, thanks SmokingCones

Give me a setup and if I win with it you get a 500k and under car of your choice from the dealership or I'll list cars from UCD and you get 2 matte paints.

I have no idea. My B-Spec driver cannot do this race. It makes me very angry so I try and forget about it, sitting there UNGOLDED.

Here's the setup I used to win Daytona:

Downforce 35/50
Transmission 380 kph (236 mph)
LSD 60/60/15
Ride height -15/-15
Spring rate 18.5/18.4
Dampers (ext) 8/8
Dampers (comp) 4/4
Anti roll bars 4/4
Camber 2.0/1.0
Toe 0.00/0.20
Brake balance 1/0

Golded it on my 1st attempt with a lvl 22 driver. Required constant nursing, though (to keep bob as hot as possible!)

Good luck!

Hey. Alot of people have had trouble with this. Good luck with this setup. I use a Toyota car because (from what I've read) the Toyotas actually get more HP from an oil change. (I believe mine is up to 870-880ish HP)

Dont forget to change your oil

Race 1

Front Downforce - 45
Rear Downforce - 45
Front Breaks - 1
Rear Breaks - 0
Front Ride Height - -30
Rear Ride Height - -30
Transmission/ Top Speed - 249MPH

Just keep telling bob to overtake and he will win by a huge margin.

Race 2

Front Downforce - 45
Rear Downforce - 45
Front Breaks - 1
Rear Breaks - 0
Front Ride Height - -30
Rear Ride Height - -30
Transmission/ Top Speed - 219MPH

There are certain passing zones to pay attention to.

Race 3

Front Downforce - 45
Rear Downforce - 45
Front Breaks - 1
Rear Breaks - 0
Front Ride Height - -30
Rear Ride Height - -30
Transmission/ Top Speed - 236MPH

Dont push bob too hard on this one, otherwise you will pit in on your last lap for a tire change and lose the race.

Race 4

Front Downforce - 45
Rear Downforce - 45
Front Breaks - 1
Rear Breaks - 0
Front Ride Height - -30
Rear Ride Height - -30
Transmission/ Top Speed - 224MPH

Watch the passing zones on this one -- A good idea is to coach from the "In Car/Bumper" view.

Race 5

Front Downforce - 35
Rear Downforce - 55
Front Breaks - 2
Rear Breaks - 2
Front Ride Height - 15
Rear Ride Height - -15
Spring Pressure - 18.5
Transmission/ Top Speed - 249MPH

This one is a bit hit and miss. Just hit "Increase Pace" then "Overtake" one after the other, do this constantly till you take first. Again, use Bumper cam as you can truly COACH him the EXACT TIME you want a pass to occur.

ABOVE ALL -- Don't worry if you come in 4th-6th for 1 or 2 races, IF you win the rest. You can basically win 4 races -- and come in 10th for one -- and still Gold the entire series.

All of the above settings should work just fine on A-spec. Good luck.

My PSN ID is LilAsianThatCud, Add me and let me know how it goes for ya.

Forgot in my previous posts -- Set the Spring Rate to 18.5 for EVERY race.

How did you baby sit the driver? Did you do constant over take, over take the speed up switching, constant speed up or what.

I'll do your setup after 3 races with the other guy's.

As long as your driver is in the pack, there's pretty much nothing to do except overtaking. Timing is very important here.

If he succeed to escape his opponents (mine did after 5 laps), keep him in the hot zone with the "maintain pace" command or "increase pace" if his jauge dropped too low.

I'm leading by like 3 seconds on lap 13, so yeah pick a 500k and under car from a dealership or I can list my UCD after the race lol.

EDIT: I won, here are some used cars:

Amemiya asparadrink rx7 '04 (like a race car)-291,188 cr.
Pajero Rally Raid car'85-391,018 cr.
s800 rsc race car '68-244,831 cr.
cl 600 '00-160,222 cr.
countach 25th anniversary '88-123,416 cr.

Or I can just do a few more races and tell you the new UCD cars.

hmmm how many races does your Bob have? Maybe he is over the top? I won all the NASCAR races more or less easy... with the setups you find here on GTP and even without any setup Bob could do around 5th place...

Signed up on GTP just to say thanks. Finally won Daytona with 'Cones' setup, although it was by the slimmest of margins thanks to lack of management on my part.
