I like the look and sound of it but haven't really had a chance to tune it yet. She is a pretty wild ride.
The price is out of line but hey its virtual money.

I maxed it out with upgrades, but can't seem to get a good tune on it either. I tried a version of the Shelby GT350, but still not up to par. My GTR SpecV can still run circles around it... Such a shame :-(

So you're comparing an old skool muscle car against a R35 gtr.....

That's a bit like Ernie and Bert from Sesame street having a fight against Mike Tyson in his prime.

Muscle cars are very cool, iconic and nostalgic cars, the GTR was built to be a cornering machine. There is no contest.

with a full tune this car is faster and corner's as good as the 69 RM camaro ;)

It seems to be much better than the camaro. I upgraded everything and even though I'm no tuner, i i dropped the front to -25 and back to -15. Stiffened up the springs a bit and changed the camber to 1.5 front 2.3 back and this thing is awesome.

Faster than the camaro and the steering is awesome.

I Actually Like this Car a Lot , just Added Matt Black to it and thats all .

Trying to Tune it so it goes round Corners a bit better :dunce:

When I read the Write Up on it , I figured out why it likes to Drive sideways a lot :nervous:

Its got a Flippin Ex Nascar Engine in it

It is next on the list of to-get car....it is an awesome looking car...

I wish they get regular 60s Mustang though, that Mach 1 in the Ford dealership is just about the worse looking Mustang bodystyle from that era...

Yeah, a premium '67 Mustang would be great. A convertible version would be awesome, and is a very different looking car to the Mach 1 but hey, as long as there's a 60s mustang I'm happy.

Curently I have a trans cammer,, red with grey torque thrusts!

I bought mine the other night in a pretty big batch of fairly expensive cars (6,590,000 on 6 cars), it's the only of the group I've tried so far. Awesome sound, awesome cockpit (somewhat challenging to drive from, seems easiest to see where you're going if you're going sideways, which is just as well because you're always sideways), challenging drive though so I can't see myself racing in it unless it's a one make race or if I can find a good tune. I don't really want to modify the tuner cars, though, I want to drive them as the tuner intended, so I might have to buy a second to modify.

It's such an evil looking thing, too. I love it, and that's saying a lot as the other cars I love are I4/6/V6 Japanese machines...

I'm not a fan of Fords or Mustangs, but this car was calling my name. It looks vampiric maybe that's why. You have to drive it barefoot because the engine feeds off the blood from your foot.

I've always been a fan of Mustangs, that is why I'm waiting for that elusive Mustang in the UCD.

I'll be picking this up later when I get the money, I could buy it now, but I'm rearranging some cars in my garage.

I had forgotten about this one. I was going to use the 'Matte Black' paint chip on it for the simple reason that it reminds me of the car used in Blade, which was pretty cool. *sigh* there goes another 750k from my FGT fund.... :p

I've been driving the car a few times while playing offline, now I got the challenge to tune it up for the garage I'm having :)

My first impressions online were it is a good drifting car, but just for fun. Think I should give it a chance.

Its not in the UCD its Premium 👍

I hit 20mil Cr today and couldn't find anything I thought was worth spending it on, so I bought a Trans-cammer since the 70 Boss 429 has always been one of my favoright cars.
This is the best car to blow the money on, I fully upgraded it and painted it grabber blue and added torque thrust wheels, it actually looks really good. I havent used the interior view befor, but with the giant hood scoop I had to try it. I couldn't see where I was going if I had to turn right! It is a blast to drive, handles decent, great drift action. It is now one of my favorite "fun" cars, used ut to do the 200 mile Laguna Seca Endurance
Race.

I'd really like to see the Boss 302 and 429's in this game, as they were the true "road racing" cars from that era

As a matter of fact, I'd love to see all the '69-'70 Trans-Am series cars

I bought it for the simple reason that I want to collect every car in the game. I spent 4000cr on it, I painted it white (it looked crap) and painted it black again. It's probably going to be one of those cars I'll never get round to using though.

Thanks for the pics and inspiration. The Boss 429 has always been one of my top favorite cars. Will have to pick this car up sometime and give it a paint job. It is a shame they did not model a 69 or 70 factory fastback (Boss 302/429) since at least 50% would of been nearly completed when modeling this car.
