For anyone that doesn't already know this.
Start an event (you dont have to actually do the race or license just start it at the track selection screen and quit out from the final race/event launch menu.
Every event started advances the UCD 1 day and adds 6 new cars, starting 5 events in a row completely refreshes the UCD, its not exactly fun but it helps in the hunt for that car you just have to have. Spend as long as you can stand it and you can refresh the UCD many times.
This is not cheating, or duping or anything else, its just the way the game works.... (although im sure some whinging little berk from the GT5 thought police will object)
