Just a bit of friendly advice, doing only a couple tandem runs shouldnt be all thats needed to make a team. Taking the time to really get to know people before recruiting them will make a much stronger team, and one that will stay around. Please dont take offense. 👍
Ok, after they get on the team, I will get to know them, & their personality. I just need to tandem with them a few times first to decide if they made the team, & to see if their good, or okay, or where their drifting level is at.
