Ticket will not open?

Hi Guys, Just a quick question I have sent a car to a friend in the usually way:

Community> User name> Gifts> Garage> then the car trading> Send> Done

The thing is he has received the car ticket but cannot open it ????

There is probably a simple answer but its the first time this has happened.

Have someone send you a horn or something, there is a bug where the item appears stuck, but that should fix it for you.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have just sent a horn to my friend who is having the problem hope it works.
