Hehehe, one of the more unique GT3 videos i've seen. Certainly brought a smile to my face, especially that crazy civic. :lol:
 
The Viper SUV was quite easy - I just changed the ini file so the ride height was 500mm (same as the freaky Civic, oddly). However, it's not a complete hybrid, as just round the next corner - on the jumps at Seattle - it went totally mental and almost flipped (except you can't do that in GT3).

I'm going to update it so it's got nice hard springs and nice big tyres. And about 2000hp. Should be good rallying... :D

Saying that, making the TS020 and P001 rally was an absolute nightmare, but I think I've got the hang of it now. The TS020 is a great rally car and turned in a 1'49 stock on the Maze... :D
 
Anything will do - LAN takes it in about 2 minutes, broadband @ 512k takes about 10 minutes. Dial-up... about 4 hours...
 
12 Sec Civic - yes. Although not necessarily the "pink" ness...

There is a line of code that governs the dirtiness of the car - this is reset to default (-1) every time you wash it. If you change the line to 0 then the car is polished to the nth degree and not affected by either driving OR the car wash.

The Net was being slow the other day, so I'm d'l-ing it now - hopefully it's a bit faster this time, cause even with Broadband it's slow.
 
No you don't... That one was undriveable - hence the spin. I just kept the gas on... :D

The mark two is pretty damn rapid though, and the supershine effect on the Reflex Purple makes it look almost like a uv striplight at 600mph... :D
 
You'll like the second film then... I've evolved the Civic and it's just NUTS now...
 
the video is really jerky on my machine, maybe i have so background software running but i doubt it. however i like the the merc passing the F1 car at 180mph... hehe what was in that merc?
 
The Merc was a creation of the infamous Thrasher - dubbed the CL666 (hybrid naming is such fun :D).

If I remember rightly it has a P001 chassis, with a Speed 12 engine, tweaked to around 6000hp.
 
lol tht is hilarious..the camber on the civic....the tyres on the mini and the merc was the funniest! The external view of the 001 when the merc goes flying past is great. Why can't the cars flip on GT3....is it some kind of proggraming problem they'd never expect to happen?

Gosh, sorry i was kinda all over the place there! lol

its not that they didnt expect it to happen, it just would have taken a great deal more programming code/time to get it done and they just decided to concentrate on regular physics (good thing too) though i would dearly enjoy jumps/flips in gt4 :D
