Yes, you can!

Every day you can trade 5 paint chips + 5 museuem cards + 5 horns and 1 car or ticket.

I edited out the horns that we've traded. Now that we're hooked up, I'll usually send shortly after reset, but some times it will be 2-8 hrs after reset... due to work schedule.
