I am creating this thread to help others in the future that make the switch from DS3 to FFB Wheel on learning to drive with the wheel. So far I don't seem to be able to easily control the car.

I can't really control oversteer and I tend to understeer a lot.

I will update the OP as everybody continues to provide information that will help users control with a wheel, like which is the best car and all that.
 
You'll do better at counter steering once you get experience. For under steer though, make sure you don't brake when turning or slow down before the turn. Don't over speed, even someone who is an expert in driving can't control under steer when you're traveling like a bullet.
