Mine behaves completely strange.
Can't enter menus, and if I start a race, the car just goes to neutral and revs and shakes.
Also everytime I enter a menu or start a race the wheel turns to the left completely and to the right and again left and center. This is something PD should fix.

I've read a couple of instances of this since the update. Your not alone, your wheel is ok.

lright here is what Thrustmaster said:

Unfortunately, since the release of the latest Gran Turismo 5 update, the F430 FFB Wheel has become completely incompatible with this game.

At this point I am not too happy with Polyphony. I also emailed SCEA, so I can't wait for their response. Looks like I might be looking for another game (no reason to lose money on selling the weel, that thing was not cheap). I really hope that this is not the case. I been with GT since the beginning and it would be sad to let it go.

I found this on the Gran Turismo forums at Sony. Seems like the latest patch caused all kinds of problems for the Thrustmaster.

WOW that sucks.. making me a little mad thinking if this happened to me. I really hope P.D. will come through and fix this.

yeah its really frustrating.
not only that it happened, but also the fact that there´s no official statement from PD or any posssiblity to contact them and asking about the wheel problem.
thats NOT what costumer care should look like.......

Well you can ask/annoy Kaz on twitter like some others on here do.

The Thrustmaster F430 is a PC wheel and one that was never intended to work with GT, so you cannot complain to anyone if it doesn't work anymore. It's a bit harsh, but that's life.

DFGT, DF Pro, DF EX and Thrustmaster 500 are the officially supported wheels and the only wheels that you can guarantee will work, and will continue to work, with GT5.

Mine worked fine until today, now i need a cabel scheme for the wheelconn.-plug, four wires has come loose... anyone whit a intact wheel want to help?
