They are not in the downloaded section for some reason on the download list. But it is in the services list, and it says 1 remaining. I can't do anything though.
No, I downloaded them on the 20th of December. I have been playing with the cars up until today. My paints are there and useable, I can see the cars, but there is an exclamation mark next to all of them, and I can not change into them.
Yes I did. It says they are all installed and won't let me do it again. But for some reason now, I can use them. I just went back into the game and they are working again. I don't know what's going on with it.

Now I have the same problem and I don't know how to fix it.
I have the same exclamation mark in my garage and the tracks don't appear in the practice mode.
Any ideas?
I just had to restart the game, and it worked for me. I also installed the free family DLC share package from the play station store. Don't know if it helped me at all. I shut the PS3 off completely, then started it back up right away, and the exclamations were gone.
I had the exact same problem last night. Switching it on off didn't solve it, it was downloading the family packs that fixed it for me. It's dumb as my profile is the only one on my PS3, but at least I've got all my cars and tracks back.
It is definitely an issue with the bundle pack it seems reading these forums there are a few threads but this is the only one that helped.
