Corrupted data, possible fix for all of you...

I wonder if this actually can repair a savegame....hope it does for the ones that it happens to.
 
I've just checked to see if this "hidden" menu is on my Pal PS3 and it is indeed there.

My advise would be regular backup's instead of using this secret menu hahaha

ps. if you get your hands on a currupted savegame for GT5, I would like to repair it with some ps3-writen software.... :D
 
These aren't really secret. I've posted these instructions for other people in here and there are other posts about it (three just last week). It's on the Playstation site as well. Thanks for the care and concern though. Always good to put it out there as much as possible so more people see it. Rarely fixed a corrupted game file or save files. It's really for corrupted operating system files. Backing up constantly is the best way to keep your games.
 
I recently had corrupted data about a week ago.

It was just after i downloaded the 24 hr of nurb videos from gt tv. Maybe related.

buy a pendrive lol
Im lucky , i lose my savegame with the same form.
but just a 2 days before i save the savegame in a pendrive.
