GT4 championship is based on the GT4 championship. This series is very simple. Their are NO RM Or race cars aloud. .. All cars are road cars but with the actual regulations that the real FIA GT4 cars have. You can give your car everything you want once it meets the power and weight given to it.

LOTUS EVORA 09. 325BHP / 1190 KG 2 left
CORVETTE Z06. 375BHP / 1350KG 1 left
ASTON MARTIN V12 VANTAGE. 410bhp / 1362kg 1 left
NISSAN 350Z RS. 385BHP / 1270KG 0 left
BMW Z4. 374BHP / 1240KG 2 left
NISSAN FAIRLADY Z. 385BHP / 1240 KG 2 left
BMW M3. 390bhp / 1300KG 2 left

EACH CAR CAN ONLY BE USED BY 2 people. ALSO THEIR WILL BE CHANGES MADE TO EACH CAR TO EVEN THEM OUT.

TC is aloud up to 2,
ABS is aloud,
Car damage is set to light.
Penalties off as they are looked at by me.
Tire denigration on,
Track reduction grip on.

Rules are simple. Their will be 1 hour practice. The session will be restarted for 10mins of qualifying. Their will be 2 races in the weekend.
Race 1 will be based on qualifying results.
Race 2 will be a reverse grid of qualifying.
Each race will be 15-20mins.

Also we will have a different points system that gives everyone a chance of winning the championship. Their will be in total 12 races at 6 circuits. We will drop 4 of your worst races of the season and add the championship up that way.

LAGUNA SECA TBC
NURGBERGRING F1 layout TBC

After each race I will watch over the race to see if their is any accidents. If so their will be a penalty depending on what happened.
Cut corner= 5 second penalty
Crash = grid place penalty
Dangerous driving = back of grid or possible kick out of series.

race day and hour please. :dopey: and the race of nurburgring.. which nurburgring? GP race, norchsleife or 24H???

by the way I think you (or someone) must test the car for equalty... for example how many PP it's going to have each car? :indiff: In my personal situation, we don't use BHP, in spain we use CV. I think you must say the % of power limit in the motors. And finally for those who reach podium in a race, for the next one they must have ballast?? for equalty you know..

Don't get hard feelings with me it's just my opinion ;)

You do realize that there's already a GT4 series on this page, with all cars tested and balanced, about 20 people in it and in its 3rd season, right?

Just wondering if you knew that or not.

Yeah Steve, it really doesn't matter. He can go whatever he wants, we don't need to go around feeling like we own any type of series. I know you said you were "just wondering" but it's still bullying.

I represent PURE, the sanctioning body of the Euro GT4 Cup and would just like to say: good luck on your series gillard and have fun 👍.
 
Not really but sure their could be still people out their that want to do GT4 champ. I hope so!

PURE doesnt seem like nice friendly place. I have had reviews from guys which werent pleased or happy with the way they were treated. So this may be the reason why they left PURE.......

I wouldn't let a few people spoil the experience for them. And I think the professionalism put on by PURE as a whole may be a problem for some people that aren't used to having rules to follow.

Please guys stop this argument ! Or at least stop it here. With my championship I will be watching the race afterwards and making sure racing here is clean. So if you guys would stop agrueing here I would appreciate it.

I'm not familiar with actual regulations that the "real FIA GT4"..But I am interested.

Driving aids?? whats on/ whats off?
Penalties?
Tire wear?
Damage?

Well after testing their for a few hours I won't be running the real FIA rules as their is a big difference. I will be updating the post soon. TC will be aloud up to 2. ABS aloud, tire wear and and damage light. Penalities will be judged by me as GT5 aren't great at that at times. Eg hit someone you will either get a warning depending on how it happened or points knocked off your championship and 5 place penalty.

Depending on time I'd like to do it.

Well we will have a vote on what day and time suits people best. Then we will stick to it for the season. What time and date suits you best?
 
I would pick SUNDAYS
Saturdays are Okay : (afternoons) US eastern time like noon-4pm

SUNDAYS would be better for me: (anytime really) 9am - 9pm

Not sure what time zone you'd start the race in.👍

Ok so would people agree on starting practice at 7pm GMT ( UK & IRELAND ) time which is 2pm EST ( New York ) time? Or slightly later?
