This is a series of races proposed by me and my friends. Since we're getting tired of facing just us three in a private match, and the public rooms are full of randoms that can't drive. I would like to invite people that are actually good at this game and drive clean and respectful, to a private race. As I am new at this I'm open to other people's opinions on how to set this up as conveniently as possible for people. The only thing that will stand is the date and time which is every Saturday at a specified time during the evening.

Saturday, March 3rd- 6 PST, 8 CST, 9 EST.
Room will be open 30 min before the 1st race.
We might do the GT500 class tomorrow on March, 4th. This is all up to discussion.

Regulations:

Avoiding intentional cutting of courses
Racing clean (these two should be obvious)
No engine or turbo upgrades allowed (Everything must be stock)

All assists off, except ABS.
Everything on real. (no penalties, no damage are excluded).

1st - 25 points
2nd - 18 points
3rd - 15 points
4th - 12 points
5th - 10 points
6th - 8 points
7th - 7 points
8th - 5 points
9th - 3 points
10th - 1 point
11th/16th 0 points

Points will be added up together.

GT500s - 502 hp, 1100 kg.
GT300s - 335 hp, 1100 kg.

Racing hard
Racing medium

10 min qualifying sessions per race.
All races will have a 1 lap, 2 by 2 rolling start.

GT300 segment

Fuji Speedway (chicane) - 11 laps
Trial Mountain - 16 laps
Madrid (Full course) - 16 laps
Laguna Seca - 16 laps
Nurburgring (DTM course) - 11 laps

GT500 segment

Suzuka - 11 laps
Nurburgring Type V - 4 laps
Deep Forest - 16 laps
Road Course Daytona - 11 laps
Monaco - 11 laps

When you say 9 EST you mean in the morning? Sorry but we have a large time difference and it is important because I like the concept but don't know if it is easy for me to attend.

Commented in you're other thread as well. Gt300 please, also. What are the class regs? As in which cars are allowed and which are not?

I responded in the other thread in the other section, but I'll tell you again unless you don't go back there. We're not doing class racing, we're doing races in which everybody is driving the same class of car, and to answer your question anything from the GT300 class and the same applies for the GT500 class. If It wouldn't be too much trouble could you get more people and tell them to post here if their PSN here. Add Cavalier_Z and tell him that xNeroZero referred you from GTPlanet.
 
You only have 4 races in the GT300 series, may I suggest adding...Monza?

I typed that the room would be opened 30 mins before the first race, so I omited a 5th race in the GT300 part.
 
People that view this thread and don't post their PSN. Please post we're looking for good people to compete against. We already have 6 of the 16 slots filled we need more! We're looking forward to competing against good people!

So? We'll do as many as we can and then if we need to, come back another day to do the rest. Just add Monza to the GT300 list and then we have 5 races for each class. :sly:

We need to get more people first before we do this. It's hard because all of these other series/clubs have been on this board for sometime.

I'll race with you guys sometimes I'm not full commuting (but I'll prob be at almost all races depending on time) I'm excited these are REALLY fun cars!

Are you sure you're spelling the names right? I know my name has privacy settings on that I don't get random friend requests. NZ his name should take up all the characters that are aloud for PSN. Cavalier_Z I don't know if he has privacy settings on. Maybe you're spelling his name wrong? If it doesn't work out we'll add you.

The privacy was the prob I added cavalier

You might want to lower that to 3 or 4 laps. And there's no way we can do rolling start there. lol.
 
I guess, we'll have to see what people want to do. If you want to discuss more of the details. I'll be on steam.
 
How does racing work like I know its Gt500 and gt300 but how does it work for the race do we have to pick before hand which one we are gonna be in or do we have to race in both

We're going to start with gt300 cars. Then afterwards or another day, we will do the Gt500 machines. We can either add up the points for the series together or separately. Doesn't matter to me.

It's all going to get added together from each segment. Say I win the first segment. My points will be carried over from the GT300 segment into the 500 segment
