Random Hourly Prize(s) will be awarded as follows:
  • Each hour a random number will be selected using the Random.org generator.
  • Each winner will be awarded a prize as listed below.
  • Prizes are final and cannot be exchanged.
  • Winner must have been present during the track day to receive prize.
  • If number drawn is same as Fastest Lap winner, a new number will be drawn.
  • Prizes to be awarded on each hour: (In no particular order)
    1. Tire Sets
    2. Racing Suits
    3. Racing Helmets
    4. Rare Paint Chips
    5. Stage 3 Turbochargers
Fastest Lap Prize(s) will be awarded as follows:
  • Each hour the fastest lap time on the board receives a prize.
  • Winner must be registered for track day to receive a prize.
  • Prizes are final and cannot be exchanged.
  • Prizes to be awarded on each hour for fastest lap: (In no particular order)
    1. Rare Colored Paint Chips
    2. Titanium Racing Exhaust Systems
    3. Tire Sets
    4. Racing Suits
    5. Supercharging Systems
Grand Prize will be awarded as follows:
  • Random.org number generator at closing - OR - Conclusion of special event(s).
  • Winner must be registered for track day to receive the Grand Prize.
  • Prize is final and cannot be exchanged.
  • Grand Prize to be awarded:
    1. One (x1) car of winners choice under 999,999 Cr.

This looks great! The only times I ever see track day lobbies is when they are on the Nurburgring. I saw one on Tsukuba once but it got invaded by X2010/11 drivers :( I'm already excited for this :D

By the way, registration is just for the prizes. Random people will be allowed to enter the lobby as long as they obey the rules. 👍

Can someone tell me how can I join?

Do I have to download the track or something?
 
The track will automatically load when you enter the room. If you want it for yourself to use for other things you can send me a friend request and download it.

All information you need to know is in the first post.

Also, there will be no racing during this track day. It's open time trial only.

I've always wanted to go to an actual track day in GT5, but the rooms always end up with some idiot trying to drift his Aventador on RS tires and ruining it for everyone else. :rolleyes:

I think I'll bring my track cars, M3 GTS & Scuderia.

I love this idea but will not be able to make it this time. Are you likely to run similar events in the future? I know that I would have no chance of winning especially seeing a few fast S.N.A.I.L.s on the list already but would love to join one of these if the timing worked out better for me.
 
Everyone's going to be driving reasonably? No one driving like they don't own the car, and it's a video game? Okay, I'll bring my Impreza; I'm making a variant of the one I own in real life. I'll actually be using sports hards tires, since that's the closest to my summer tires.

If all goes well, I might do one every couple weeks. I can change up the times a bit so that the room is open at the same time, but closes a couple hours later.
