As you need to be A-Spec level 12 in order to do the qualifier, you can use it for earning experience points and credits easily and fast.
1.- Buy a Lotus Elise 111R '04 in your PSN main account.
2.- Add these parts:
Fully Customisable Transmission
Clutch: Twin-Plate
Flywheel: Semi-Racing
Fully Customisable LSD
Suspension Fully Customisable Kit
3.- Set the car settings like in this pic:
(Note: to set up the gearbox, first set the final gear to 3000, later the max speed to minimum (180km/h), later set the gears like in the pic)
4.- Set your car as "Share with friends".
5.- Quit from your PSN main account and go to your new created GTP account.
6.- Borrow the shared car of your PSN main account.
7.- Go to Seasonal Events / 430PP European Hot Hatch Championship / Autumn Ring Mini.
8.- After 5 minutes giving your best you'll be A-Spec level 17.
If you find the event difficult, increase your power level, if you find it easy, set your power level to 50%.
With dirty oil (340PP), power level 50% and 200% increased reward, if you win the event, you'll earn 1.807.000 credits and 174.200 experience points every 5 minutes.
This car with SRF forced ON has enough grip to don't use any aids, but they're available if you need them.

[EDIT]You need a VW Golf I GTI '76 or a Peugeot 106 Rallye '03 at the pole of the starting grid to win the event, quit and enter until you see one of those cars.[/EDIT]
