Okay, I know there is already an answer to this because I searched but when I got the same problem. The problem is the "Too much Items and no more space delete or use thing". I got that problem and I deleted a lot of stuff, but when I deleted like every item I had, it still said the same thing. Can someone please help me it would really help me out here.

I did that it does not work.

Then delete more duplicate paints, suits etc..

If you realy have deleted all your items ( I doubt that bit) and got that same message, it's only your save what is messed some reason...

Oh wait nvm its 120gb

Go to your system settings on your PS3 and click on it and stroll down the list and you see system information click on it and you see how much free space you have it should see something like this Free Space 80gb/111gb what is yours. PS my PS3 is 120gb

Is that your save size?

That has nothing to do with your free hdd space, it's only GT5 item limit.
Btw. it's 7000

I don't get what you are saying.

The item limit would be lowered by deleting horns/gear/spare parts/paints.
If the item limit didn't change after deleting items, do a manual save in GT Life mode.

All could be -not working- if you used tools in the past to manipulate your save game.

Good luck!

Back your items up on a portable hard drive or something and delete the items from your PS3 or get a new hard drive for it or just buy a new PS3.

I used a garage editor...

Yeah, OK, so we might have found your problem then.

A new save would fix that, or a backup before you started editing it...

I do make backups before I edit the save.

We're not allowed to discuss about editors here, so I will not continue on that subject.

But I would suggest to test some backups to find which didn't have the problem.

Good luck!

Wait! How do I fix it... Lets take the editors out of the conversation. I still have a problem that is not solved yet.

Somewhere in the past something went wrong.

You say you have (many) backup's, so do a roll-back, grab an older backup and see if that works out for you.
You will loose the progress you've done, but that you can catch up again :)
