Hello GT Planet.
In many racing games since the great Daytona USA, cones have been rendered in glorious 3D, but never given the time they deserve, nor the polygons for that matter. These little lumps of witch hat shaped plastic save lives people, imagine a world with out them, a world of chaos, where do you park? Can I go in that slip road? Oh no, road works!!! A world with out cones is just plain wrong, my fellow GT Planet enthusiasts. It does not bare thinking about.,
Gasp in awe people, the cone in it's most common form, as seen on many roads, and other places where the use of a cone would be advantagous. It is among the lucky few cones that don't get nicked by drunk students.

This link above shows the use of cones, some saving lives, all making the world a better place for you, and me to live in.
Here is a prime example of a cone in it's youth, strong, red and coney.
The Gran Turismo series of games has recently got the so called "cone challenge", and after trying the cone mode out, I was shocked. The cones were of a sub standard quality. Now it may not matter to some of you "non hardcore" racer types, but to me it does. Cones are important, which is why PD must give the cones the respect they so rightfully deserve. They can not fob me off with cones that do not meet the mark!
When hit, the cones in GT4 simply to not bend, nor do they "flip" under the car as in real life, this is simply wrong people.
And they call it a simulation! Plus, cones are red, it is law, not...not bumble bee colour!
Opinions people?
