What's up with download videos of GT-4 ?

I'm registed from France.
My account is activated...after more than 2 days awaiting:sick:

But I still cant download videos. When trying, I've got always the same message " your account must be activated"...

Well, it is ! 👍

And because of GT-4 is still not available in France, I would like to see those videos, just to wait :guilty:

Could you please help me?

Bonjour,

Log out of your account and then log back in with the form at the top right of the page. But, this time, make sure you check the "Remember Me?" option! You should then be able to download the videos just fine.
 
Ok, I've tried, and it seems to run.

Many thank's. I just have to try to read the file with the right codec may be...

Actually my Win Media Player 9 read the sound only...

Most of them (maybe all) are encoded in a Divix codec. their is a link with each movie to a download of the codec after that you should have no problems.

p.s. It gives you an actual divix player, but the codec loads in windows media just fine. I think you can opt to recieve just the codec and not the player though.
