anyways, i voted for the 2nd one, but IMO, i think the 5th one is the worse, and dont know how it even got there, since it doesnt even look like the car is moving...

Are you sure the car in picture number 2 fits the car requirements, because i am sure they stopped making FC RX7's in '92 or '93

its a D1 FC, i dont think there was D1 cars pre 1998

Its a D1GP car in the game, classified as a 2003 i believe.

ok i was just wondering if the rules meant like year specific for the car or when it was modded for it's racing/drifting purposes. So i take it, it is for when the car was rebuilt according to the game?

i wasn't sure so i had to choose a different car on week 2 i believe because i knew the car was the year that the game said at least production wise.

wow i actually mad it but only one vote.........well so far that FC........is killing all we were missing was the Blitz SL and we would have had all the D1 cars....

that HKS S15 pic is really nice. Something I think is lacking in majority of the pics are the SMOKE. I'd love to see a trail of smoke behind the drifts Most of your drifts look really nice, guys. The 2 best I was contemplating was the Falken FC and HKS S15, but the picture angle and color tone of the S15 looked better to me.

yeah, a few people mentioned that in the entry thread. high speed ring was really hard to get any smoke off the tires.

Definitely the S7. It looks very good, good amount of tire smoke.

Is that S7 even on high speed ring?

hard to tell isnt it? (even im not sure) it is a good pic being one of the only ones with visible smoke

see thats what got me thinking, when i was testing, it was impossible to get smoke like that on any section of highspeed ring. Id like to know what section that was on thanks, I would like to verify that you can get smoke like that.

well you can see how steep of an angle there is compared to the lines of the road, but maybe the creator can shed some more light on the subject and answer your question.

Guess only one other person liked the Vette picture. I just thought it was a unique angle for a drift photo. But as previously mentioned...this week was a very tough choice!

im so pissed.lastnite i took my newly bought genki s15 and was busted some made crazy drifts....tooks som pics...man .....I wish i had tried driftng in the GS15 before the contest

Uh oh. It slipped past us. Unfortunately a poll cannot be changed after its been posted. Ok, nobody vote for the S7.

13 Vote majority for JMurder? This is exactly what I was talking about when I said these contests would be monopolized. He chooses the track/cars, the top 15 (obviously himself) and even gets to vote for himself.

I didnt notice that since we dont have names with the pics. I knew he was in but didnt notice he was winning.

So youre saying we should not allow people to choose their own photo from now on? I have no problem with that. They can still enter and show their photo but not have it in the poll.

If you go and check out the Photomode Photo Competitions forum youll see they are doing something similar, but NO ONE can vote for their own photo. (Ill admit, I voted for my green nsx picture above ) But since their recent rule changes I see them running into the same problem in the future by possibly having the same people win week after week.

I consider the rotation of these "weekly judges" essential to keeping the photo competitions fair.

Yep I agree with that, I dont think its right to enter your own photo.
