This is a series where anyone is welcome to join, provided they follow the rules of the default car mods and remember theres nothing to gain from being dishonest.
This is just an elaborate challenge to try and better ourselves, honestly and competitively.
I will decide the 1st track we will do, but you - the competitors will decide which track we move on to. The track will change every 2-3 weeks, If someone would like to set up a poll for track voting, I feel that will be the fairest way to decide.
Nurburgring will not be used to to its length, it would take a much longer period of time to iron your style, and thats what this is about. Wringing the most out of your machine and perfecting every facet of the current track.
This is for Street cars only. No LM's or Racecars. No NOS. Save it for the dragstrip.
There will be 2 classes, there is NO price limit, the power gain be achieved ay way you want, just dont exceed the class limit. There are DEFAULT settings you must have to be eligible. I will outlay the settings for both classes below.
B Class
Power must NOT EXCEED 300hp.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING MODS:
Full custom gearbox
twin clutch
racing flywheel
racing brakes
semi -racing suspension
Max lightweight - Stage 2 (not mandatory, i.e you can have stage 1 or none)
Racing medium tyres
Wings are allowed but not mandatory. (not all cars can take them)
A Class
Power must NOT EXCEED 600hp
same mods as class B except:
Full racing suspension
The first track is Infineon Raceway, if anyone thinks there should be any other classes, say Trucks, 200hp, 800hp, whatever, just let me know and we can see if there is support. I would prefer to have no more than 3 classes, and obviously, you can see who is the fastest for each drivetrain for each class and compete among yourselves after all, its all about fierce, but friendly competition.
The reason for having no price limits is that I want to see a vast array of times from a variety of cars. And with so many avenues of engine tuning available to reach the specific class limits, we should all learn a little bit. I want V8's and rotaries battling for that top time against rufs, beemers. I think this could be very interesting.
SO GOOD LUCK ALL, 👍
I will have my pathetic times up soon !!!
