Personally disappointed being just 10th in Div3, raced my socks (eeer... tires) off... :yuck:
but loads of times in the 1.33.... so no wonder... with a lot of Div3 knocking on the upper door again... 👍
 
WOW!!!! Incredible as always guys. hOtbOi, amazing time there buddy. TLR, it won't be long before you're fighting for first overall.

Back in humble Div3, I don't know if I should count mine as 3rd or 4th due to Casio's inability to verfiy. It was a tough week. Thanks for the competition Lewie, Casio, and circa86.

That was unexpected, considering I couldn't put into this week as much time as I wanted - it was one of the few I enjoyed the most.

Hot damn Hot. Hahaha, great freakin lap man! Scorching! I'm glad I didn't place too far down in D2 with my splits being that bad... We'll see how this week turns out for me.

And TLR, looks like you should still be in D3, lmao! NICE lap man!!!

Darn! I sent my time last night (so I thought). After not seeing my name in results, I checked sent items and it wasn't there! Another lesson learned. I have decided to try to submit my replays regardless of how I finish.

Im confused! My time puts me 3 rd in div 3 in my first week, but im listed in DIV 2? Sure i joined in Div 3....anyone?
 
Just watched Jumpputt and hot's replays. Both are nice and clean! It amazes me how cool and calm your alls laps look! So smooth and comfortable looking. My lap looks very jittery and nerveous, always on edge. Guess it shows the differences in driving styles. Also I am interested to se that hot went into 5th down the long strait. Were you simply carrying that much speed? or does it add to the smoothness?
 
I would guess that he had that much speed. I was having to shift to 5th when I got my best runs out of the long right and I bet he was getting through there faster than I was!

If you were using a DFP, your laps would probably look smoother.
 
Interesting. Even on my best runs I never touched 3rd but that corner heading to the long strait was never my specialty, either i would brake a bit too late and put the car into an oversteering condition which usually burnt off too much speed or I simply braked too early, and had to keep on the brakes to avoid hitting the outside wall on the corner exit
 
you kno what was really wierd?

for the banked hairpin, at a certain point i couldnt even induce the tail happiness ( forgot how to do it lol )

but because it gave me more exit speed, i would go into the corner letting off the gas to allow the backend to come around, then tap the brakes to point myself for the exit, then gas out~
 
I also noticed you guys took alot less curb on the very first part of the esses after the start line. I nearly got airborne on that part!
 
Watch Hot's replay again. You'll probably see that he had the car turned early and was on full gas very early. It's amazing what you can learn from watching Div. 1 replays!

if you weren't hitting 5th you weren't carrying enough speed through the turn.
i was always redlining 3rd on the exit of the corner, and into 5th before the tunnel.

Did you race the "Qualifier Race", submit your time to CFM, and did he assign you to a division?
If you were assigned to Div. 3 by CFM, Did you include your division with your lap time in your PM to Kent?
