Do you think this is a good idea and would you be interested in taking part?

Hey

Ok, so I was watching Trans-Am on Motors TV last night and it look great. The cars especially looked awesone with the wide arches and the V8 engines, etc.

Then earlier on today, I decided to take a look at the official Trans-Am website, and I learned a lot about the series. Then that got me thinking: "Could I do what I'm doing with the Aussie V8 series to the Trans-Am: create a popular race series for people to enjoy"

This is just to see if anyone would be interested in running in it. If anyone does want to, then I'll wait and see how many are interested. When I think I've got enough people, then I'll look to planning it out.

I've posted a poll as well at the top of the thread so you can vote on the idea. :)

i think there are now more series so i dont its not such a good idea

I'd give it a go, just let me know when and where. I'll keep an eye on this thread. Thanks Man.

OMG Nitro do you ever stop? :p I think you have enough on your plate as it is. I like the idea, I guess, but you need more details.

At the moment, and for the next month or two, I will not be interested, but maybe in the future it will be something I may look into joining.

Off topic - When are we going back to racing with the V8's?

So how will this be different from Ashley.'s excellent World GT series exactly? Maybe you should finish your 'popular' race series that you have going on at the moment before starting a new series and abandoning your old one.

There is about 7 online series going on that the moment and most people in here are in 2 or 3, In my opinion GTP can't sustain any more series, there just isn't enough people. I've had an idea in the pipeline I've been working on for a few months now, but I'm waiting till a few of these series end in 4 - 5 weeks, maybe you should too?
