Here's the challenge for those cars that don't see much action around here. Basically, pick any car you want that you think has utterly no place at any racetrack, let alone the Nurburgring. The idea here is to be the fastest of the slow, and have some fun with some cars that you don't typically drive.
Here's the rules:
Car Rules:
1. Choose a vehicle that is pathetically slow, absurdly heavy and lumbering, seats 7 comfortably, couldn't take a corner to save its life, or otherwise has no place at the racetrack.
2. The car must be 100% unmodified (oil changes are okay), Arcade or GT mode is okay, and it must be run on the crappy N1 (economy) tires.
3. No traction control or stability control.
4. The contest will be separated into several classes, the SUV/Truck class, the Station Wagon(Estate car) class, and the Miscellanious Oddities class. If you guys think another class should be added, we can add it.
Race Rules:
1. Quickest Nurburgring time for one single lap (which lap you record is your choice, doesn't have to be the first).
2. Must be done in practice mode, without any other cars.
3. No riding walls, cutting corners, etc.
4. A-Spec mode only.
General Rules:
1. Post your laptime and car. If you post a laptime for a car that doesn't suitably meet the criteria, it will be ignored.
2. Multiple submissions are welcome if you find a new best, or just want to report what you got with a different car, etc
3. Obviously pictures and videos aren't required, this is meant to be fun, but try to be honest.
4. Have fun!
