tonights tracknight was abit colder so spent most of the time in the pitbox where there was heating :lol: so no passenger laps.pretty rare cars there including a 70's carrera RS,an ultima GTR with a supercharged V8 and the usual 911 gt3rs,modified turbo,gallardo spyder,caterhams etc.ultma was loud! and its the fastest thing ive ever seen going up the knockhill straight,dont know how much power it has put i would say 800+ easy

Just out of plain intrest. Can you just go along to these events such as this one and enter for free and not actually go around the track or do you have to pay to enter? Because I am intrested in going along sometime as it looks quite fun to watch.

depends really.there are the usually proper race days and hot hatch days (those are more like a free for all :lol: ) and they cost to get into.hot marques and private trackdays are free to get into and watch,also if you plan to go onto the track you will need to hire a helmet and thats about a fiver.let me know when you might be up and ill see whats happening and let you know :)

I was thinking of going to a Hot Marques thing or a Speed something or other. I will let you know when I plan to go up there.

speed sundays are the hot hatch days.most people with fairly expensive cars tend to avoid these as like i said they are like a free for all.usually old novas,corsa etc that people dont care about if they crash so the driving standards arent very good 👎
 
wanna explain wtf a Nova is doing there?
 
you mean the nova that was fully stripped with a 2litre turbo and semi slick race tyres being driven by "the stig" :p surprised a few people that.
 
you can dump whatever engine you want it in its still a Nova. I dont consider it a Hot Marque. lol
