The round that received the most elimination votes was:

Therefore, the entire combo has been dropped from next week's line-up. @DRD_Niagara wins Prize A, and gets to choose an entirely new car and track combo to replace it.

The round that received the second most elimination votes was:
Round 1 - Gran Turismo Racing Kart 125 Shifter (SS) at Eiger Nordwand Full Course - S02 Late Morning (13 laps)
This means either the car or track will be replaced for next week's line-up. @racingchamp30 is the Prize B winner and they have the option to freeze the car or the track, or they can give that option to the Prize C winner. If they give the freeze away, they get to decide what car or track replaces the part of the combo that is left unfrozen by the Prize C winner.

Prize C goes to @Dragonwhisky - they get whichever option the Prize B winner does not select.

Preliminary prize winners, please don't announce your prize selection until all incident reports have been filed and it's confirmed you don't have any penalties.
  • It is recommended you visit SNAIL combo history, along with other data on our car and track history, to review how many times we've raced each car and/or track.
  • Please remember, originality is always appreciated. Although not required, picking cars and tracks we've never raced is a plus.
  • What's more important is, you thoroughly test any combo you are considering, before making it your official selection.
    • For example, any car you select must not hit its rev limiter, either hard1 or soft2, at any point during a race, even in the draft.

IMPORTANT:
  • When posting your Prize A or Prize B selection, please list the complete in-game name of the car and/or track you are selecting.
    • For example, if you want to choose the Integra Type R as your car selection, post "Honda Integra Type R (DC2) '98".
    • If you want to select Monza for your track, post "Autodromo Nazionale Monza".
    • Being specific helps us to update the lineup accurately and also helps avoid any confusion among the drivers.
  • Please be sure to list the HP and Weight (LBS) of any car you select.
  • For track selections, include the Preset Weather and the Time of the Day (e.g.: S01 Afternoon) or it will be set to default.
    • Available settings can be found under Time/Weather Settings, when creating an online Lobby, after selecting your track.

1Hitting the "hard" limit causes the RPMs to "bounce" and reduces torque and speed.
2Hitting the "soft" limit ceases all acceleration potential. Meaning, you're not going to go any faster.

@Smithy 1989 - Nice to see you show interest in the league and hope to see you on drivers roster in the very near future. I think if you give Snail a few week, it'll grow on you. Whether you land in D1 or D2, you'll be surrounded with a good, clean and competitive group. And know that there's no obligation to race the whole evening if the mornings come early to you. We'd rather have you for a bit than not at all.

I'll wrap up by posting a pic from the action last night where I sported a tailor made racing suit for the occasion.

That's about the funniest thing I ever done seen! And it almost worked. It's up to @racingchamp30 or @Dragonwhisky to decide the karts fate. 4th time lucky?
 
Just a reminder that for those of you who want to have lapping practice on the current TT combos, I’ll host a lobby tonight where we’re going to race that same TT specs combo but, with a little extra spicy setting, just for fun.

10 min quali followed by 20 min race with a marginal tire wear but a significantly higher fuel consumption (that’s the spicy…!).

Lobby open at 7:30pm EST, quali start at 8:00pm. Everything should be done by 9:15pm.

Was trying to correlate what's available in the LCD/UCD with this list. Hunted around on it some last night, then again this evening. Was hoping for a refresh today on either dealership. Didn't get it so, picked a car that hasn't been ran in about 5 years that was on the list and dropped it off in Switzerland for a test. My best lap in the 9 I did was a 1:13.5xx

@JamCar0ne, I've updated the main car list and tossed a picture in the SNAIL folder.
 
Week 2 is very early for me to win a prize.

I'm knocking off a car from the "Never Used List". Those that raced last's weeks inaugural Tuesday Night TT race will be familiar with it.

Prize A:
Car - Toyota Crown Athlete G Safety Car / Max PP 502 / SH tires.
Track - Lago Maggiore Full Course Reverse / Sunset - S10 Misty and Sunny with lots of Clouds

MDLT: I ran 6 laps and recorded a 2:29.4xx. So let's say 2:30.000 ?

The infamous kart is now gone (I've said a little word for it...), we're now back to our normal roster with 2 road cars and a race car, promising.

As always, I'll open a lobby for the Thursday practice night at 9:15pm EST, first race starts at 9:30pm, all three combos run twice in reverse grid. See you there!

My entry into this week's Car-Show.

I couldn't find a bison in any of GT7 Scapes so I'm substituting this animal in it's place. Tomorrow night, my Buffalo Sabres will play a playoff game for the first time in 15 years. That's an incredibly long time to pull for a hockey team without seeing any success whatsoever.

I'll have to watch the game but as it stands, it's my plan to join our races afterwards. I might miss a race or two, we'll see.

I just did the validation process, it says that it could take some times so, maybe I'll won't be able to.

I had to log into you tube via my pc, go to “create” and “go live” there first before it would work on my ps5. I tried it through the ps5 alone a long time ago and never did get it to work without doing the pc step first, eventually. Once you’ve done it the first time you won’t need to use the pc again. Also, I did not have to wait at all, it was available right away even though it said I’d have to wait 24 hours. Had to google the problem this morning, so figured I’d share

I just did what you've said, they now start me a 24 hours countdown to began my first stream... So it confirm that it's not going to happen tonight from my side.
