@CANOWORMS1 I understand not wanting to race on a controller. I raced the last 2 weekends on a controller and it wasn't pretty or as much fun. After 15 years of racing with a wheel I don't have much coordination in my hands and fingers. Felt great getting back on a wheel today after 4 weeks.
Your ability to use a controller vs wheel is impressive. I have never played games with a controller and all I want is the closest to driving real cars as I can get, ergo the PSVR2. I have to pretend I'm driving a car.

Prize A: Anyone that raced in D1 AND D2 suggest away. Keeping in the trend after winning Prize A and not being there the week after, I won’t be able to join in this sunday due to being out of town at my inlaws (fun stuff I know 😂)

I’ll make a pick among the suggestions tomorrow, wednesday at noon. Originality and never used cars and track are highly encouraged. Surprise me ;)

I really enjoy racing on a flat screen as Ive been doing it since the first Gran Turismo and it feels very natural. I should however take my psvr2 out of the box and give it another chance.

Edit: the VR really is a mind blowing experience, but all the little annoyances put me off.

Tuesday TT lobby open.

I opened it a little sooner to give you more practice time. Remember, the race at the Nordschleife will not include qualifying; it will be a 30 minutes race with fuel management (tire wear x2, fuel x10) and random weather. If you don't want to miss it, be sure to get in the room before 8:00pm Eastern.

MAY 2026 - WEEK #2 STANDINGS
1778674967397.webp

My observations:
  • Large fluctuations in grid sizes for the night across D1 and D2. Looks like D1 started with 4 drivers and ended up peaking at 9. D2 also had gaps that ranged from 4 to 7. Of course, the more the merrier but I don't see this as a bad thing. Life gets busy, early mornings, late dinners, kids, spouse, (grandkids?) all get in the way sometimes but popping in for a few races when time permits is appreciated and increases the fun factor for all drivers.
  • @Soulierxdro - Congrats on your first win in the Sunday Spec League. You seem to be settling into the league just fine.
  • @VoidChevalier - Happy to see your name on the active drivers list. Give Snail a few weeks and it'll grow on you.
  • My recruiting efforts continue. I'm determined to get this league back to 3 Divisions.
  • @bublyman loves AMG's.
I tend not to care too much about Saint-Croix but I had 2 awesome laps there with @Dragonwhisky in C3R1 last Sunday where we exchanged positions and we no more than 3 or 4 tenths apart the whole time. Great stuff.

@Worst_Driver Prize A Suggestion

Car: Renault Kangoo 1.4 '01
Tires: CM
Track: Kyoto Driving Park - Miyabi
Time of day: S04 Afternoon
Time on track: 0:58.656
Dealership: 18,000 credits
Dealership PP puts it at 327.76
Snail regulation PP puts it at 294.72

We been running fast race cars so i thought of picking a Sunday driving type vehicle where it doesn't reach the rev limit.
