I'm done for tonight guys, this night just went from bad to worse. I wrecked in race 1, got blackscreened in race 3, then when I came back for race 4 I forgot to put the right tires back on. Finally the DC durring qualifying for race 5. Not a good night for the 78 team... :(
 
I was in second place. Suddenly it felt like the ABS shut off in the NSX and I was sliding at every braking point. I went off line and into the wall and had to wait to near-last place. A couple more of those and now I'm watching second-to-last's taillights. Racing to catch up I watch everyone slow to a crawl…disconnected.

Restart PS3. Clear cache. Log in. Jump on track. Freeze.

Reload. Try to re-enter. Error 268.

Restart PS3. Log in. Finally I get back into the room. I've got my fingers crossed, now, but all I can hope for is a better rest of the month.
 
Gentleman of D4. Man I am SOOO sorry for any wreck I caused. I was really off my game and just couldn't put a single decent lap together. I would love to blame some of it on the network issues but alas, I just blew chunks tonight. ( And NO, chunks is NOT my pet monkey) I feel awful about it and hope I didn't wreck it for any you. Next week gonna be mo bettah!!

Great racing tonight guys. Even with the crappy servers, we still had a great night of intense battles. Looking forward to next week and further into the future racing with you guys 👍
 
Great racing tonight. Almost got a win. Had a lil help around the last chicane making the finish closer then I'd liked. ;) none the less it was a load of good racing. Was rusty in Vette. Started to get a groove in NSX and was doing decent in DB9.

I bailed out and forgot to vote.

Gaaahhhhhh!!!!!! REALLY? What was easily shaping up to be the best race I get dropped! Zer0 man! That was great. I'm claiming the unofficial first place in that race! Anyway. I'm done guys. Its going g to run way past 12 if we continue and I got a hectic early day ahead of my. PD, fix yourselves!

Yeah man you *poofed* into thin air right in front of me! That was a great battle! Sucks that the PSN ruined it! :yuck:
 
Great racing tonight, even with all the network issues. The lag was weird at first and in the first Stage 5 race Doc and i ended up on the same piece of real estate at least three times (all ended good though :))

Is there a D2 photographer? I'll do some if nobody else will :D
 
Despite the connection issues it was a good night in D2, lot's of close racing. We had a couple of issues but I'm sure once we all get to know each other better, things will settle down :)

I feel for racefan, had some bad luck with the servers tonight, hang in there bud 👍
 
great racing in d4 tonight. Everyone has tremendous racecraft, and I am very pleased to have been moved up in divison. Not one incident today. That is a first.
 
I just want to say thanks to everyone who raced tonight. The PSN was crap, but things could have been a lot worse. Thanks for being patient and hanging in there. 👍

Also, just wanted to let everyone know that we hit another milestone tonight. For the first time ever, we cleared the 60 drivers mark. Tonight's S.N.A.I.L. attendance was:

Great racing in D5, only one disconnection, a very close finish where the gap was 0.002 seconds from me and KuulKriine, ashame my night was brought to a close too early because of family issues. Looking forward to the rest of the month

Therefore it has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since ChuthuluGoat wins Prize A, he gets to decide which car and track will replace it.

The round that received the second most votes was:
Round 3 - Aston Martin DB9 Coupe '06 @@Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps
Therefore, either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since VELOCI_2NR gets Prize B, he gets to decide which is replaced and what replaces it.

Price C goes to QwietStorm03, so he gets any gift car ticket listed here. NOTE: Although two other division winners tied QwietStorm03's score of 82 points, the tie-breaker always goes to the division winner of the higher division.

Wow guys very unexpected, Thank you. Honestly owe a lot of my skills to the racers here on GTP, racing with you guys helps to develop ones self as a driver. Couldn't have earned this with out all those I've raced with. Thank you and Thank you S.N.A.I.L staff.


Truly floored. Almost speechless. Took 10 minutes to decide what to say. :)



Manual Monday, I like the idea of using the combo that won't change for the week or what ever really.
