    As a newbie...it was nice to turn some laps with others and get a feel for what this series is like!

    Man, I'm really going to miss the M3/Apricot combo... Has a great flow to it, maybe the M3 will stay

    I'm confused here.

    This

    Doesn't match what's up here.

    I have completed reviews for all incidents for the week.

    How and when do I post my decision regarding Prize B? I know a few are getting anxious to see the new combos.

    @CarCzar is his GTP ID and Hugh--Jayness is his PSN ID. Is that what you're questioning?

    You need to wait for the all clear when all the incident reviews are done.

    Actually that highlights the difference between you and me. If I was in the Caddy I'd laugh and keep racing but you would get bent out of shape and focus on what the other guy did. It's called racing and mistakes are part of racing. The job of a race car driver could be said to be that of a mistake minimizing specialist. The thing is if you focus on others mistakes you make more mistakes but if you focus on your own race and how not to be affected by their mistakes you do better. For example if I was to look at the thing with the Caddy I could look at it two ways: 1. Would be "that jerk just hit me, what's his problem?" Or 2. "I should have seen him outbrake himself and turned in a little later so he had somewhere to go". I choose number 2, you apparently choose number 1. It's apparent that you've chosen option 1 as you still hold a mistake I made on my first night in snail against me. Here's a question, what could you have done differently to have avoided my mistake having harmed your race? That question fully explored will stop you being a victim of other people's bad racecraft.

    @EvilTeddyBear,
    Thanks for your interest!
    We would love to have you in the league. Here's what you need to know and do in order to join:

    We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the S.N.A.I.L. OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide.
    Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

    1. You take the S.N.A.I.L. OLR and Racecraft Test

    2. You run the Time Trial and submit your information by 23:59 EST on Saturday night if you want to race this Sunday.

    3. @JLBowler PM's you with your assigned Division that we feel will give you the closest competition. You will be added to the drivers list.

    4. The Race Director or Primary Host from the corresponding SNAIL Division will send you a PSN friend request. Sunday night you will need to sort the online lobbies by friends and join the lobby named 'snailracing.org Division_(x) based off your Division placement from JLBowler. That lobby will be where you race Sunday.

    5. You drive fast and clean on Sunday :tup:

    The original post has everything you need to know about what to expect on Sunday night and what you will need to have completed in order to be competitive. If you have any questions, please feel free to post your question on the thread.

    If you have a preference for car/wheel colour and racing number, please follow the instruction contained here.
    To avoid duplication, the currently claimed combinations can be found here.

    During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all SNAILs to join as many as possible.

    Welcome to S.N.A.I.L. :cheers:

    Oh, so you transfer your poor racecraft and the responsibility of your mistake and make it the other driver's fault. :boggled:

    That's makes all kinds of sense. If your handle is hillracing.

    I said cursing his name "at the time". Anyways...keep taking the high road. You're in a race car not paid for by yourself worth over half a mil. You are going balls out up the hill at Laguna and you hit your brake point, start the turn in and BANG, you get a hard shove from the left rear and your car gets pushed ass end to the right. Your ass puckers up as you manage to save it and get through the corkscrew safely. You are full of crap if you say you would be laughing. You would be glad it wasn't a disaster, then pissed at the guy for a few turns, then it would be racing as usual.

    Your number 2 is ridiculous because you are assuming his line is the same as yours. He didn't outbrake himself, you punted him the ass trying to outbrake him and failed.

    There are a lot more things than this that highlight our differences I'm sure.

    Like trying to get others to blame themselves for being your victim. Ugh...

    @moeom,
    You join by expressing your interest in a post just like you've done. If you're only interested in racing during the week you can skip the time trial.

    Thanks for your interest!

    In support of hillracing, the first thing you want to make sure of IN THE REAL WORLD is your car is alright and you finish the race. If he makes one mistake, he will make another and ruin his own race and possibly his own well-being if he doesn't back off or it will also hurt his wallet a great deal. If all of those went out the window things like the LMPC crash at Sebring will happen. But I think those 3 points are good enough to keep him from doing it a second time.

    His reputation will also be ruined if he makes a second mistake like that and that's good bye to his racing career.

    Okay, I've added you to the sponsor list as a maybe.

    Btw, @KTR5 please also provide your Tshirt sizes since the gold package includes a shirt. :)
