0/0 Cars? Please Help

Im pretty new to these forums, and i was mis-informed as to what 0/0 cars are, ive had to cancel trades i had planned because it turns out my cars arent the 0/0 i thought they were, anyway i was wondering seeing as so many people are obsessed with 0/0 cars, where can i buy them because theyre rarely 0/0 in my UCD and the OCD is exactly updated often.. so how do i get them?

My response to that very insightful answer is where do i get tickdts? (im aware there are some on seasonal races but where else can i get them)?
 
tickets - from seasonal events, races, game completion, and just from driving (1000 ticket)
prize cars - any prize car you get is 0/0. unfortunately most people usually have them too.
OCD - all cars from the online car dealership are 0/0, so buy them all if you want to get into trading.

Ok thanks that was a lot more helpful than the previous guy to post, doesnt everyone get the same cars in their OCD as well?

Yes, everyone receives the exact same OCD cars PD documents on their updates. But only the color of the cars changes.

Just to add to that list, stating the obvious: TRADING

If you don't have lots of 0/0 cars you have to look for the deals where you trade other items/tickets for them.

Thats the answer i was preying not to hear but thanks i suppose lol. Its just im trying to get rare paints so i dont deal them out, and i dont own many 0/0 cars so i cant really trade cars :S, and with them being the two most traded items on GTP forums its difficult to get tickets or other 0/0 cars seeings as most people aren't too bothered about gear or cards. IT'S A VICIOUS CIRCLE! lol.
