I want to know, I can get an R34 Skyline to run constant 9.6s I have been able to get it to run a 9.598. How fast can everybody else run??? I want to know if I am the fastest, and if not, I will be.

I tried again and got a 9.498 in the R34. I don't see how it could get much faster, but maybe it just isn't as tuned as it could be. Guess I'll have to work on it...

I'll defer to Mustang-man as far as the technical explanation, but I gave this a try, and the difference was more like 0.15 sec.

While testing this out, dropped my R34 time to 9.046
Don't want to be a stationary target MM.

For the VCD info Hareturtle I will do that tonight. I am writing this at school were we have Cable and I can watch the videos. I though I was good at drifting, I am not worthy. I got an 8.91 out of the Escudo how come I can't get it to go faster. Also one last ? how do I record videos to put on the net, like off of my PS2 or what.....?

I use the R34 with 1000+ bhp and do it in 9.318, I do use tcs on 1.
Also the RUF 4wd will do it easily under 9 sec with no tcs.
I've got a better R34 now with 1072 bhp and I'm doing 9.05 now. I am finetuning it now and hope to go under 9 sec.

9.314 sec in an R34 Skyline. fully drag preped (backyard style). i got an F686 down to 8.859 and an escudo to 8.704. not sure weather or not either was drag preped. just stats in the records i found.

I got 9.470 with my 1048 bhp Skyline R34. Next goal is to make it run under 9.4 secs.
Though I have no idea how...

Just tried my Skyline with 2nd gear launch with the same settings that I had when i drove the 9.470. Well, now it went the 400 meters in 9.225 secs.
Just wodering how fast it'll go if I change the gearing to be a little longer...
Next goal is under 9.1 secs.
