I noticed on the Rome Circuit and Trial Mountain Endurance that before I started racing, I saw on the prize money list that it says '0 Laps' :thatsodd: Is it a glitch or it's really how the game was made?

Yeah the race ends after the leader of the race crosses the start/finish line after 2 hours has passed. This type of race allows for some fun "mini-games":

-If you get tired of racing and have a multi-lap lead, you can opt to park your car in front of the finish line and wait until the 2 hour mark has passed, then merrily cross the finish line to end the race.

-You can play "cone challenge", which involves knocking the cones around the length of the track.

-Turn it around and hit the oncoming cars head-on if you want to vent any anger or just for the pure fun of it.

-Try to stall the faster cars so the slower cars can catch up.

-"Shunt" (as Loud_Music likes to put it) the other cars into pit road or block the entrance to pit road to stop the other cars from pitting.

about how many laps should u do before u throw it into park. ive heard the number 74 tossed around. any comments would be appreciated.

My suggestion is to just count how many laps ahead you are, then to count how many times the lead car bypasses you... safer than trying to find a fixed number...

It's because it doesn't take a set number of laps to complete the race. And the magic number is, or at least in my experience is, 74 laps. I just did the Rome endurance recently, and the guy who placed second (driving a TVR Griffith for the record) completed 73 laps. I think if I was going to stop jusat before the finish line, I'd make it 75 laps just in case. ;)

I did this race recently, and did 73 I think. I only won by 1.3 seconds, so parking wasn't really on.

It was me in a totally stock (with SuperSlicks) :aston: Vanquish and the :tvr: Griffith 500. It was looking distinctly dodgy for a while!

me and tuscan used to do free laps on gran turismo we would just drive and talk about stuff and at the end of the day or should say at the end of the race I think we might have done about 50 laps thoughs were the days

Well, except the Spec Miata Enduro, of course.

Actually it does not take a monster car to win the enduros, because it adjusts the competition (somewhat) to suit the car you are entering.
