alright, im new to gt5, i was drag racing other subaru's, i was racing a 2010 and i got him right off the start and held it to the end. but older subarus from the 90's came and i would get them off the start and when i would hit about 300km/h they would pass me, what am i doing wrong. everything is fully upgraded but i dident mess with the suspention or trasmision or airodamicks stuff. please help

Shift earlier (~7000 RPM). Imprezas benefit from short-shifting because their powerbands drop off after about 7k RPMs.

i tried it out and its allot better on the take off, but i put my tranny so it wil let me go faster but when i hit 300km/h it slowly exelerates and they still pass me at the end and i read that if i drop the front suspetion down and lift the back it would be better but i see no diference?

Alright, I'm new to GT5. I was drag racing other Subarus. I was racing a 2010 and I got him right off the start and held it to the end. But older Subarus from the '90s came and I would get them off the start and when I would hit about 300km/h and they would pass me. What am I doing wrong? Everything is fully upgraded but I didn't mess with the suspension or transmission or aerodynamic stuff. Please help.

Spot the difference?

I think I just broke some rules. I will do my best to type in a civilized fashion in the future.
