I noticed this issue with 1.02 ...

I use a G25 wheel to drive, but also have a controller set to #1 so I can use it for menus and tuning, as it's faster. With the 1.02 update I can no longer use R1 or L1 to jump between pages in the dealership when using the controller and wheel combo.

The shifter paddles on the wheel work to swap pages. Just not the controller shoulder buttons.

I came on here to complain about this very thing. I thought my controller was shot until I decided to fire up Dark Souls and they worked just fine. This is ridiculous, now photomode is useless as well for me...

Yeah, I did the same thing as you before, and now it's more annoying. Although before I thought it was annoying that the shifter paddles on my wheel didn't work as R1/L1 as well. Why couldn't they have made both of them work at the same time? Is it really that difficult to code?

This is the case with the DFGT too, and it is annoying. Although since 1.02 I don't use my controller that much since I can do L1/R1 browsing with the wheel. I can't understand why they didn't make it work with both.

Also the ability to navigate menus with the +/- switch, red adjustment knob and enter button on DFGT which was present in GT5 Prologue is still missing, just as it was in GT5.

Since 1.02 I AM able to use my L1/R1 in the tuningshop with my G27. I think they've fixed the problem of "learning the steeringwheels to use the paddles in menus" and with that fix they probably ****ed up the controllers. :D

Same issue with my Fanatec Porsche 911 GT3 RS wheel. At first thought it was the controller, then when starting up the game without the wheel turned on I tried the R1 and L1 controller buttons and they worked fine. I do not think I noticed this until after the 1.02 update. The buttons do work if I turn the wheel off by using the on/off button on the Fanatec wheel.
