Since the other thread is a posted mess ill just list the things I have found. User additions are welcome.
-ballast
-adjust transmission ratios
-the transmission whine is lower so engine more audible
-addition of pp
-tracks from special events are now added to online mode
-you can now sort servers by activity ex. race for real and race for fun option
-i think there is more grip on the track now or tire grip compound for race softs has more grip ( cant confirm with yet)
-Saw a race modded Renault unless you can buy it in the used dealer more race modded cars now
-A timer to tell you when the last race started
-In watch race mode, you can switch between cars without going into a separate menu
-Cars that you have are marked in UCD/OCD and new car dealership(Basilea)
-when you go to the UCD,there's a check mark next to the car color signifying you own that particular car already. (Evo_dadi)
-Can now adjust controller steering sensitivity. RA functionality works again.(agent 75)
-Anyone else noticed the speed in which you can purchase and fit new parts after the update? Much improved...(SKY-LINED)
-Some races that were grid start (Clubman Cup) are now rolling start.(stevezx2002)
