1.08 update cannot download ps4

Hey guys

I just bought the game recently and the ps4 wont download the update file even though i have internet connection. I can have view ps store, use the web browser.
I have over 200 GB free for storage and the update is 13GB
I dont understand. I even tried on Wired ethernet cable.
