1 million credits code glitch

Hi all, something really weird has just happened. I just redeemed the 1 million credits pre-order code, and when I clicked OK on the window to confirm it, the little box that shows the credits going into your in-game balance appeared for a second time, adding another 1 million credits to my account (leaving me with 2,085,014). Has this happened to anyone else? Will I get banned for it, despite it being a complete accident?
 
I honestly wouldn't expect you to get banned over a small glitch - which even wasn't on purpose - like this. Enjoy the extra million. :)
 
Where I click to receive my 1 million?? I get all cars, suits, paints and nothing about the money...

I mean hell no one got banned for HACKING in GT5 and hacking is on a whole another scale.

Wondering if there are used, still working car pack codes around?
 
Hmm, I had the opposite happen for my 2nd game save of GT6, bought the AE version, and got all 25 cars again, but I didn't get my 1 million credits for that account :/
