100 % Completion: what do I have to do?

Hi all,
I am new to this forum.
Just want to ask what is involved in getting 100 % completion on GT3??
I am on 99 %, have won all the races in Gran turismo mode and arcade mode, have finished 3rd or better on all the time trials and have attained bronze or better on all the license tests.

Do I have to place 1st in all the time trials and get gold in all the license tests in order to get that final 1 %???

No. Bronze will do in all tests.

The game "hangs" on 99% until you're at exactly 100%. Also, you'll get your prize car in Simulation Mode, not Arcade Mode.

Thanks so much. I will give it a go. Only Tahiti Maze and Complex String to go on the time trials, but those are HARD.
 
Are included the licenses in the total count of the game???
 
No, you only need to get them to run the races.
