just how exactly do u get 100% i got all sim mode races arcade races everything. the only thing left is the get all gold on licenses and do get all first on the arcade time trial does either one finish it?

One word: S-E-A-R-C-H. This is the 7th-most FAQ.

But in short answer, you need to gold all 10 Time Trials to get 100%. All you need are bronzes for the license tests. You must win all the Arcde races on Hard difficulty as well.

He's right, it takes a lot of time and patience unless you're a real enthusiast, but its worth it when you finally get there.
