im about to do this race what is the fastes/best car i can get and tune up

p.s. what is this race all about and are there any tips out there for it
thanks

I won it with my full tuned Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray '69. Lovely car. Did this championship in B-spec though. But with the Sting Ray from 1969, you should win very easily with B-spec.:)

Good question. My reply is about the 1000 miles championship in European Hall. Hehehe... :dopey: We'll see what 1000 miles he means..:p

I think I used an old Jaguar E-type 69 or 70 i forgot, which I won it from British GT Championship in the same Hall. Just give it a fully mods, you should not have any problems competing in the 1000miles. :)

ha ha ha im sorry guys i forgot i had a fully tuned up Charger that i used in earlyer races what i want to know is pit stops and tiyers i put on hard ones im also in b-spec (cause 24 is one in about an hour) so do they pit or just let them go?

I used the Shelby Cobra.

I am not sure what's your question buddy. My B driver is good enough to pit stops himself. But sometimes he intensionally misses pit stops, running with red tires to get me worried. (lol just kidding) Hopefully this answers your question.

ya thanks, hey im a newbie to this game im coming off the nascar sercuit so cute me a little slack

(oh my GOD a right turn what do i do ahhhhhh)

Can you run Nascar tracks reversely? :dopey:

This series is one of the more interesting ones as it allows you to experiment with different, more 'real world' cars.

For myself, I used a bone-stock E-type (oil change only honesty forces me to admit) and merrily massacred what passes as competition here.

So I wouldn't worry overmuch about the high number of right-hand-turns, Juice, you'll cope fine :D.

Hehe..unless you get paired up against an A/C Cobra 427. That happened to me the first time and it was annoying as crap. Oh, and I also want to know how in the world someone used a Chevy in a European race!? I think someone's memory is a little off ;)

I used an E-type Jag with only an oil change and wiped the floor with the AI.

I think the only restrictions are
1) made before 1970
2) no racing tires
So it's more of a collection of historic enduros then it is a european championship.

You want to turn right? Heresy!

SC Cobra. Fully modded, it won't lose. 👍

i used the E-type too.
gun metal gray, dumped and alloys. looks pretty hot and fun to drive :D

omg will it never end im going on almost 3 hours and i have 2 races yet to go getting only 300,000 for this is crap i should at least get a cool mill btw how much can i sell the car that i get for or will they screw me over and not let me sell it or give me a crapy prise for it

The prize is an Alfa Gulia Speciale. So yeah, a crappy car for such a long race. BTW, the reason this race is in European Hall is because all of the tracks are in Europe: Nurb (Germany), de la Sarthe (France), Opera Paris (France), and Cote d' Azur (Monaco).

they just ran the f 1 and moneco right or maybe im thinking of another track?

Thats it i think im going to let my b driver take over for a while its getting late lol lolol

'62 Lotus Elan.

All it needs is an FC transmission, and it's overkill in the 1000 miles cup, with only 106hp.

It's so fun to drive, and smokes everything its class, except for the Ginetta, which is also a good choice for this cup.

And yes, it dominates even when B Spec'ing.

I like the 1000 miles format though. I really, really wish I could create my own 1000 mile cup with different cars and mix up the tracks a bit. That would be nice.
.

Use the Jag E-Type. Just make sure you are not running agaist the ac cobra. Keep entering the event until it don't show up.

yeah im using my stock plymouth superbird and it destroys...the top speed is only 130 but it smokes the others. i did nurb in apec but for opera(least fav course) im using bspec...first tim ein b spec. HELP, i read somewhere in a post that u can tell ur b-spec driver to pit every so often? this is my first b-spec race and im juts wondering how

That's right, just last weekend, though they've "dumbed down" the real track so much in the last couple of years it's lost it's edge IMO. The version in GT4 (2003 I think) is where it's at 👍

I used the Nissan Skyline 67 (I think it was 67), and won with ease.
The fastest car for these races is, without a doubt, the Toyota 7.

Remember, if you're sick of these races, you can in most cases skip the last one if you've got enough points (10 pt lead) :)

I used the Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 I won in the Muscle Car Grand Prix. Had it bumped up to over 700 bhp, but it still wasn't as fast as it should have been.
I mean, the competition had maybe 150 bhp at most so the chevy should have smoked them, but it only won by like 10 laps out of 100. That's just one lap out of 10! I'm guessing if the car was tuned better it would have been a lot faster but I couln't be bothered, I just wanted to get that race out of the way so I could do some normal A-spec driving again.

The Endurance race is 1000km, not 1000 miles.

Cant belive no ones mentioned the Ginnetta G4 - you wont need to tune it to the max, and it runs like its on rails... until you do loose the back end - but after 900 miles you'll have mastered that!

Yeah, I'm using the G4 for the 1000mi right now (b-spec), but I first used a 70's Skyline. When you see the skyline bearing down on a G4 it's quite funny to see the difference in size. I swapped to the G4 because the skyline was making too many pits (like every 4 laps on the Nurburgring!!!) The G4 I'm getting closer to a dozen laps per pit, and closer to 20 laps on the other races (using hard tires on both for their wearing property).
