1000 ticket and the Ferrari F1

Has anyone ever managed to get any of the Ferrari F1 cars using a 1000 ticket?

I have duped a bunch of 1000 tix and have probably rolled through 1000+ cars so far, have not seen the F1 car yet, starting to suspect certain cars may not be available via a ticket.

Every Le Mans car has come by so far though!

Dude, the ticket you want is a lvl 24 ticket, only cars you can get with it are the Ferrari F1s and The FGT, no joke
