Look up "A-spec grinding". That can net you a few 1000 Tickets per day.

Thing is, he says he doesn't have internet access for his PS3, so no way to send/trade tickets. A-spec grinding is the only way I know to generate a lot of 1000 Tickets in offline mode, if A-spec grinding even works anymore. I haven't done it in a long while - I used it to level up the last few levels from 35 to 40 back in the day.

The 100 wins requires actual A-Spec wins, all this does is advance game days.

A quick way of piling up the wins (and get some decent distance) would be to take an FGT or X and run the Supercar Trials Daytona event. 17k credits if I remember correctly for a mere 3 laps per race so you get some walking-around money for your wins as well.

I'm offline so I simply complete events while carrying out my tuning. My favorites are the European Championship and American Championship in extreme, 82k and 97k credits respectively for 5 laps around Rome, Deep Forest, and Monza (former) or Indy and Laguna Seca (latter). The American races are challenging and require a deft touch but the European events are rather easy and with anything above 460pp can be accomplished with even a daft touch. Pun intended.
