Problem with the rarity indicator on mygranturismo is that its based on what people have recorded in their garage on that site, and not on how often cars show up in the UCD. The cars you listed have high rarity values as hardly anyone buys them so hardly anyone has them. Usually its only the people going for every car in the game that buy them.
