you know the private chat setting at your friends list you use that and add the 1-3 drivers you need in the private chat and every 3 hours change drivers does everyone understand that
 
I am taking entries and there are only 8 spots open for both classes and if you would please have the othe 1-3 drivers names when you register if you could do that when you register that would be great

I still don't think anyone has a clue what you mean by this. You need to explain this much clearer than you have been.

Ok you know the private chat setting at your friends list where you tell them to join the room your in and stuff well you create a private chat and then select the 1-3 of your friends from your friends list and then they join the private chat and every 3 hours you swap with them

You do realize that the stewards don't do anything all they do is watch the race and call cautions and stuff right

How does the swap occur? They can't just gain control of the car you are driving. Is there something I'm missing?

No thats my fault you let the driver your swapping with get into the room then you leave then after there 3 hours the next driver comes in then the next all the way until the fourth driver drivers or the second driver gets his second drive because you only have 2 people on your team
 
So is it four 3 hour races and you add up the total laps and time of each team? If it's one 12 hour race I still don't understand how it could be done, a new driver can't enter the track once the race has begun?

I am having 2 of my friends race around the track one in a LMGT and the other in a LM class car and they are gonna race around the track for 3 hours and tell me how many laps both drivers made then I will get it as close as I can then after every race we will have driver changes I will set a race time which will be 10 minutes so everyone can make there driver changes

i updated the OP with the number of laps that the stints will be and i am still taking entries i would love to be able to do this race

Still taking entries would like it if people would join skill level doesn't matter just want people to join this is gonna be a good race no matter what
 
Join this race it is gonna be extremely fun
 
Well two weeks is up on Saturday and no one signed up I guess this is another failed attempt to make a cool endurance race

James, take a look at this thread and the info provided. Look at the threads of the very successful series and races being put on and you can see the difference.

Now look at your info and you can see why no one signed up. You gave almost no info and did nothing to explain how drivers changes would happen in your 12 hour race. I don't mean to be mean but there us a reason no one signed up.
