1989 Birthday ticket question.

With the 1 million cap going on again on 3rd March. I am going to be short of a couple of wanted cars.

Question is....Will a 1989 Birthday ticket get me a R390 Road car '89 and a Nissan R89C Race car '89'.?

Anybody know?
 
You will be able to receive the R89C, but you will NOT receive the R390 as it is a 1998 car, not 1989.
 
Doh..well spotted. Justed checked too and its just under 1 mill.

The simplest way to determine this is to use a level 24 gift ticket and see what happens. If it is allowed to be gifted, then the birthday gift can contain an R89C. This is the only surefire method to determine if the birthday ticket will contain a banned car, because the level 24 ticket will 100% of the time contain one.
