1996 Corvette Grand Sport-color of white stripe?

I want an all-white 1996 Corvette Grand Sport and I can't seem to match the color of the white stripe. I've painted the body in various white paint colors and the stripe is still visible. Does anyone know what color that stripe is? Or maybe the stripe will always be visible no matter what? Thanks in advance 👍
 
I've been through [literally] hundreds of whites and reds to eliminate one of the two graphic elements and it always appears when I get the car on a track, even if it was gone in both the color selection screen and the subsequent 'Nag Screen' (as @VBR refers to it) when the a paint is applied. Sorry I couldn't offer up better news.
 
I tried matching that stripe in GT5 and was never able to quite get it. I don't think I'll go through that ordeal again in GT6.

On the bright side, I've found an extremely close match for the stripe on the FXX: Bossa Nova White, a Fiat paint which I believe only comes with the '08 Lounge. If you take a picture in photomode under bright sunlight from two feet away and squint real hard, you can kinda see a slight difference, but overall it looks great.
