1st Drift Video online

Ok, it's downloading....15% so far...........19%.......I'll edit when i see it. 👍

That video was great. I loved all of the drifts. I wish I could get soemone to twin drift with me.:D
 
Please give drifter Dan and I some constructive critacism so we know where to improve... I f you still cant get it working, just copy the shortcut and paste in new window, doesnt seem to work with download managers.

EDIT: WOW! um, is the link working, when i went to download it, it only gets bout 4 meg then stoped (yes, im downloading a video im in). AND, not intending to give me some credit too ey DrifterDan..geeeez (only jokin)

Edit2: Greensborough (next to Watsonia), I STILL CANT DOWNLOAD it, tried it again, and it droped off with 10 minutes left.
 
Nice one... umm well the sever says i still have quite a bit of bandwith avaiable and a few people have downloaded it already. I blame Mr. Snowman for this problem :P....

I had a feeling it might have been a little long, but i thought it would be best to get something out before GT4 came out...

I'm from the Watsonia area.

Thanx.. that worked... btw, which System of the down song did you use?

Comment on the vid: It would be helpfull to state who was drifting what... but the style looks quite similar so this will go for both of you... there were some nice drifts in there, you have the basics down for sure...

What you must look at/work on is to extend the drifts some more.. you tend to stop in mid-drift.... also try to get some smoother drift in...

Editing point of view: include full drifts, only the best drifts, don't include spin-outs and add some titles to the beginning (optional) and end... to round the video off...

Also, if you guys want to get a twin drift starting... PM me for details about that...

Otherwise a very good first vid.... :)

That's about it right there.

I will say one thing though. A well timed spin out(on purpose) during a vid can be a nice way to spice up the vid a bit.

So yeah, good first effort! 👍
 
Well i am glad to see it wasn't a total bomb of a video, in that you guys like some parts of it. I'll be getting more practise in after tomorrow, since thats my last day i have exams and then i am free of highschool forever 👍

CMD - the system song is stated in the credits and so is who drifts what :) . The song is "needles" and in regards to drifting all the cars execpt for the rx7 are me, Mr. Snowman drifts the rx7. Also PM sent.

Anyway i'll be getting in some more practise soon. Seeing as how i have to wait till next year for GT4 (is that only Australia that has this release date?)

The vid that I downloaded didn't have any credits or anything - that's why I was asking... must have been an error while downlaoding :ouch: But thanx for correcting me - and being sivil about it 👍
 
Oh well thats strange, because the file did have the credits before it was uploaded :dunce: strange, i think the site didn't quite get the whole thing because it's show as just under a MB smaller then it actually is...

Oh well thats alright i wasn't gonna jump at you for wanting to know who drifted what and the music. 👍 Wasn't your fault so yea, i'll try and download it later to see whats going on. :)

I couldn't get it to download either. It went to like, 100webspace.com or something??? I tried to copy the URL and view it in WMP, but it wouldn't work. :(
