2,000,000 credits for second round in Berlin

Hello,
I did not receive the 2,000,000 credits reward in Gran Turismo 7 even though I correctly predicted both winners of the second round of the competition. Could you please advise me what I can do in this case?

Hey everyone, I’m new to gran turismo and I most recently participated in the campaign predicted the winners of the manufacturers and nations cup, and well I voted miyazono for nations cup (L) but I picked Subaru for manufacturers cup, so I thought I should get at least 1 million cr of the two that were on the table, but I haven’t received anything yet, As they said rewards would be distributed on sept 22nd, I’m wondering if I’m the only who hasn’t yet received anything
PS: I have an invitation to buy the huayra and I was so counting on that money 😭
