2.02 Tire Wear?

So has anyone found out yet if the the new tire wear upgrade degrades the tires faster or simulated the difference in wear between soft, medium, and racing hards?

yeah most of the races now that i've been joining just put the tyre wear off..... and its also getting harder to get a good lobby with SRF off. Its making a better game for the diehard gt5 fan but the average person just makers rooms with more assists on. Bit of a bummer really, i liked rooms with tyre wear and SRF off.

Oh well there will be another update eventually. Wonder what they'll come up with next.
