I did a search and couldn't find anything on this subject.

The fact that free run is now affected by slipstream will seriously affect qualifying times. Slower drivers can obviously gain a qualifying advantage by picking up a quicker driver's slipstream, moving himself up the grid for the race.

What are the various leagues doing about this? Will drafting be allowed during qualifying? If not, how will you police and control it? Is it even an issue or should qualifying have been like this since day 1 in GT5?

Its difficult to say m8.
But in free run you have also dirty air and that make also much slower.

With high downforce cars, yes, but only really an issue going into corners. Much time can be saved on the straights.

Will you change how your league qualifies this weekend?

I'm guessing Artmannn will try to stay behind you during Q and take P1. 💡

All cars qualify like this, i mean it's how Stefan Bellof (R.I.P) set the fastest lap ever round nurburgring in qualifying.

It's a huge difference, I run NASCAR at Daytona. And solo i'll run a 41.350s, but yesterday I managed a 40.3. No NASCAR can hit these times solo. I'm pretty sure qualify sessions are meant to give grid order based on times, however with this draft in free run it's ruining it. I'm sure the results would be drastic on a track like Nurburg.
