2/10/21 login authentication failed NE-82E10193. USA east coast

I can log into PS network just fine, log into the official gran-turismo.com website just fine.
But when I try to play GTS, I get the "login authentication failed NE-82E10193" message. North Carolina USA.

Anyone else? Don't see any outages or issues anywhere. Any ideas what to do?

So it's not regional.
I haven't played GTS in about3 weeks or so. I checked and didn't miss any updates, etc....
